Cindy - postmenopausal anxiety and food cravings

Kristi- Surgical Menopause + Keto recovery

When Kristi came in she felt tired, hopeless, and like nothing she was doing was working! 

She was recently put into surgical due to a hysterectomy,  and had been on a keto diet for years eating 1150-1200 calories. She was weight training 5-6 days per week with 3 days of cardio added onto that. And with all of that, she still gained weight. 

 

 We worked to systematically bring Kristi's carb intake up over 6 months. Eating carbs again almost instantly made her feel better, and within a couple of weeks her body wasn't as sore or tired. Her sleep improved, her mood stabilized, and her metabolism improved! She dropped fat and gained muscle, and her body composition changed more than it had after month of low calorie keto.

Kaila - Postpartum Fat Loss & Recovery

Kaila came in postpartum, wanting to feel like herself again.

Het coaching intake assessments showed symptoms of low estrogen, high cortisol, and lowered thyroid function.

 

Kaila and her coach spent 3 months in a hormonal and de-stressing protocol to improve hormonal symptoms and improve her energy.

 

She was then able to go into a fat loss phase! In her coaching journey she lost 30lbs and 6 pant sizes without the return of any hormonal imbalance symptoms!

K.J. -  Cardio Queen to Strength Training
